The specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and clean account reconciliation while helping improve cash flow and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities – Billing & Accounts Receivable SpecialistPrepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on scheduleMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balancesPost payments, apply credits, and reconcile customer accountsResolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries professionallyMaintain accurate records within accounting and ERP systemsAssist with month-end close and reporting related to ARQualifications – Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting functionsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy with financial dataProficiency with accounting software and Microsoft ExcelClear written and verbal communication skillsExperience in high-volume billing environments preferredAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
