ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been with State Farm for more than 48 years, building a career centered on helping customers and developing strong teams. Outside of work, I'm married and start most mornings with a game of pickleball.

Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency enjoys participating in local events and supporting community initiatives that make a positive impact where we live and work.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for R J Bergstrom - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
