Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical staff in the Boise area for a rotating evening shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm). The position includes a shift differential. Responsibilities Your role will involve monitoring and reporting changes in the patient’s condition, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Qualifications Graduated from an accredited LPN program. Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment. One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred. CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment. Specific Job Requirements Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
