Responsibilities Provide direct supervision, guidance, and leadership to all environmental staff members. Ensure that all services are comprehensive, proactive, and appropriate to the needs of the population served, meeting all regulatory and professional standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient environmental services. Serve as a member of the leadership team, representing the Manager in completing functions related to Environmental Services. Qualifications Degrees: High School Diploma, Certificate of attendance, GED, or equivalent experience. 3 years supervisory experience required. Previous Environmental Services experience preferred. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Good interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations in a fast‑paced, crisis‑oriented environment.
