Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Locums Family Nurse Practitioner(FNP) to provide full-time family medicine coverage at one of our clinics inArizona. Providers must be willing to work at either the Central Valley or WestValley clinic, based on scheduling and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family medicine care to patients across the lifespan.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform physical examinations, health assessments, and preventive care.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate.
• Prescribe medications and provide medication management.
• Provide patient education regarding preventive health, wellness, and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
• National FNP certification
• Family medicine or primary care experience preferred
• Must be willing to provide coverage at either the Central Valley or West Valley clinic
