Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator. This role will support a variety of human resources functions, including payroll administration, employee records management, benefits coordination, recruiting support, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing activities to ensure employees are paid accurately and within established timelines.
- Review employee time records, verify pay-related information, and resolve discrepancies involving hours worked, paid leave, and overtime.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, deductions, and payroll-related concerns.
- Manage employee information within the HRIS, including updates related to new hires, departures, promotions, and employment status changes.
- Assist with annual enrollment activities, including employee communications and benefit elections.
- Support benefit renewal activities and coordinate with external providers as needed.
- Partner with benefit vendors to address enrollment, eligibility, or billing issues.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate interview details, logistics, and follow-up information throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with pre-employment activities, employment offers, background screenings, and new hire documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support for HR initiatives and employee programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine HR questions from employees and managers.
- Help ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support compliance reviews, audits, reporting requirements, and documentation updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources coordination, HR administration, or a related support role.
- Experience working with payroll functions and HR information systems.
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration and enrollment processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
