Our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our in-store experience, bringing energy, style, and exceptional customer service to every interaction. They play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming shopping environment while contributing to the store's overall success.
Working closely with the store team, they help drive sales, support daily store operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Their enthusiasm for fashion and genuine connection with customers make them an essential part of our team!
What you'll do
- Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for every customer
- Support daily store operations including cash handling, visual merchandising, restocking, and light housekeeping
- Help achieve individual and store sales goals through product knowledge and styling suggestions
- Demonstrate a commitment to our company Values, our innovative Business style, our People Leadership principles, and our outstanding Customer First approach
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and current trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Great sense of style
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Compensation Range
$19/per hour
