Monitor and track resident progress , making adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes. Educate and guide residents and their families , offering emotional support and essential information throughout the recovery process. What We're Looking For: A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alaska. Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to connect with both residents and colleagues.
