Relationship Banker

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals Execute the bank's risk culture and pursue operational excellence Build client relationships to meet financial needs Follow established processes and guidelines while complying with applicable laws and regulations Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and networks Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Requirements Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients' financial lives Ability to identify client solutions based on needs Effective and confident communication skills Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations Efficient time and capacity management Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours Must be able to travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions (desired) One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals (desired) Six months of cash handling experience (desired) Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent First-shift availability 40 hours per week Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building capabilities while effectively educating clients on financial services and self-service technologies.
