This onsite position involves working hands-on with children who may have unique behavioral and toileting needs, as well as supporting students for whom English is not a primary language. With multiple positions available and a start date as soon as possible, this is your chance to make a difference every day.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 60 completed college credits, or
• An associate degree (or higher), or
• A passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
• Previous experience assisting with toileting and behavioral support in classroom settings
• Comfort and ability to support English language learners, including those who are non-speaking
• An updated resume reflecting relevant paraprofessional experience
• Two professional references (at least one must be a current or former manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group support to students across grades K–12 in various classroom environments
• Assist teachers with daily academic activities and behavior management strategies
• Support students with personal care, including toileting, as required
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere for English language learners and non-speaking students
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs and promote success
