Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive machine or process operations per prescribed routines.
• Make basic adjustments to processes or machinery as directed.
• Record and report production numbers accurately and timely.
• Operate equipment such as packer, palletizer, mixer, pellet mill, and similar equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effective communication in one-on-one and group settings.
• Attention to detail with accurate observation and recording of information.
• Basic math skills and solid interpersonal skills.
• Consistent punctuality and flexibility with shift needs, including occasional Saturdays.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE.
• Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency typically achieved within a few months in similar production environments.
• Experience with palletizers, mixers, pellet mills, or comparable manufacturing equipment.

Schedule & Work Details:

• Shift: 1st shift. Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday.
• Standard hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Some roles may start at 6:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m., or run 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. based on business need.
• PPE: Steel-toe boots/shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection required.
