Your Impact as an RT:

You aren’t just monitoring equipment; you are the lifeline for our residents with cardiopulmonary needs.

Expert Care: Assess and treat patients with chronic and acute breathing disorders.
Vent Management: Lead the way in managing mechanical ventilators and life-support equipment.
Diagnostics & Response: Perform lung capacity tests, analyze blood gases, and act as a critical responder for all code situations.
Collaboration: Partner with our night nursing team and physicians to adjust and implement life-changing treatment plans.

What You Bring to the Team:

Credentials: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
Certification: CRT or RRT from the NBRC and current PA state licensure (RCP).
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Heart: A genuine desire to build relationships with residents and their families.
