Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Service Technician to join our top-rated and always growing team.

We are actively hiring at two levels:

Experienced Technician: Someone with a proven background in auto glass replacement, repair, and vehicle diagnostics who can hit the ground running.

For any techs with 1yr+ of auto glass experience, we are happy to offer a signing bonus!

Dedicated Apprentice: A motivated, mechanically inclined individual eager to learn the trade from the ground up under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

Whichever level you enter at, this is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to top-tier quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required

Strong customer service and communications skills are required

You must have a valid State issued ID and SSN

Drivers License with clean record is a plus

Bi-lingual is a plus
