Home Care Aide – Immediate Hiring

Pay: $20–$21 per hour

We are hiring compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides (Male Caregivers preferred) to support clients with daily living activities. We are especially looking for caregivers with experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities .

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meals and light housekeeping
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Support clients with disabilities, including behavioral support when needed

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving required
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is strongly preferred
• Male caregivers preferred for certain client assignments
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to assist clients physically (lifting/transfers)
• Must be able to use a mobile app (clock-in/out & care notes)
• Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license to ensure reliable transportation to clients’ homes
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a TB test
