About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Unit Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations for one of its largest and most strategically important business units. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance management, and operational finance. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to both business unit and corporate executives, driving business performance, supporting growth initiatives, and providing strategic financial guidance through data-driven analysis and recommendations. The role demands a collaborative and influential leader with a proven track record in building scalable financial processes and governance structures, particularly within high-growth business environments. Candidates for the CFO position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced degrees or professional certifications such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience is required, including a background in strategic planning, forecasting, financial operations, and business performance. The ideal candidate will have experience as a senior finance business partner in technology, software, digital services, or other high-growth sectors, and a demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making. Key qualifications include strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, strategic planning, capital allocation, and performance management, as well as exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. The CFO will also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and mentoring finance talent, and must be adept at fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
