This full-time position offers hands-on learning, career growth, and the opportunity to travel and work on exciting projects across the United States. As part of the Koontz Team this position offers the opportunity for you to participate in our electrical apprenticeship program which is 100% paid by us.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the construction, fabrication and installation of:
  • Structural Steel
  • Conduit & Electrical Piping
  • Modification of aluminum electrical bus
  • Various specialty projects
• Assist with industrial conduit installation, cable tray erection, and panel setup.
• Operate equipment safely after training, including manlifts, forklifts, and trenchers.
• Collaborate with a team, follow directions from supervisors, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Gain proficiency in using tools, test equipment, and performing essential tasks to support electrical installations.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers license.
• High school diploma or GED (certified copy required).
• Ability to pass substance abuse testing (pre-hire, random, post-accident).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites across the U.S.
• Current Apprentice Electrician license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather and terrain conditions.
• Commitment to safety, alertness, and teamwork.
