Receptionist Position

Proper Insurance is currently hiring a full-time, in-house Receptionist. Proper Insurance is located in Bozeman, MT, and is a Coverholder at Lloyd's of London. The company administers a niche insurance program designed specifically for short-term vacation rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, HomeAway, Expedia, and Booking.com.

Founded in 2014, Proper Insurance has grown from a team of 2 owners to over 40 employees in our Bozeman office with accelerated growth continuing year after year. The U.S. vacation rental market now exceeds 2,000,000 properties and continues expanding as the sharing economy grows. Proper Insurance is licensed in all 50 states and proudly serves property owners nationwide right from Bozeman.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who will help deliver a white-glove experience to our growing list of property owners across the United States. This position requires confidence on the phone, comfort in a fast-paced office environment, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is not a remote position.

Applicants should not be afraid of the telephone and must be comfortable managing calls, assisting clients, and supporting internal team operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Education:
