Estimator Devner

We are seeking a Commercial Estimator with strong project estimation experience and hands-on expertise in Bluebeam (required). This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting successful project execution.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of construction estimating practices, key business drivers, and the ability to solve problems using technical judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Utilize Bluebeam to perform takeoffs, review drawings, and support estimating functions (required)
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope to determine labor, materials, and cost requirements
• Support bid preparation and submission processes
• Apply company guidelines and policies to evaluate project requirements and risks
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and pricing
• Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions using technical knowledge and judgment
• Maintain and update estimating documentation and project records

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in commercial construction estimating
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for takeoffs and project estimation (required)
• Working knowledge and hands-on experience within the estimating discipline
• Ability to understand key business drivers and apply them to project estimates
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage assignments with moderate guidance and direction
