3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of production and packaging equipment in a large, climate-controlled warehouse environment. This role focuses on diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing scheduled and corrective maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently to support continuous operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues on machinery to quickly identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.
• Perform mechanical and basic electrical repairs on production and packaging equipment.
• Schedule and perform maintenance work for all assigned equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns using appropriate tools and documentation.
• Recommend appropriate service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance issues.
• Make effective equipment repairs or modifications to address operating and performance problems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Follow all scheduled maintenance procedures and policies as defined by the company.
• Work safely around automated equipment, following all safety guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with other technicians and operations staff to prioritize maintenance tasks and support production needs.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately and in a timely manner.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.75 - $35.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
