You'll be a trusted presence in the home -- helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Your work directly supports quality of life for patients and peace of mind for their families. If you're energized by helping others, value one-on-one care, and want work that truly matters, this is a strong opportunity.Key responsibilitiesProvide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toiletingAssist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises per care planPrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededSupport medication self-administration through reminders (no independent med administration)Monitor and report patient condition and changes to the supervising nurseTake and record basic vital signs when trained and assignedMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly client environmentAssist with linens and light client laundry as appropriateUse safety equipment properly (rails, supports, stools, etc.)Document care provided according to company and regulatory standardsTravel reliably to patient homes and assigned visits across your service areaComplete required in-service training, including annual dementia educationWhat success looks likePatients feel safe, respected, and well cared forOn-time arrival and dependable attendance for assigned visitsAccurate, timely care documentationPositive feedback from patients and familiesCompletion of required certifications and training on scheduleStrong communication with supervising nurse and care teamMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide (HHA) training program, CNA certificate, STNA license or at least 1.5 years of recent caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, nursing home, or hospital settings.HHA certification or equivalent credential as required by Ohio state regulations.Basic knowledge of patient care and safety protocols.Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.Preferred QualificationsCPR and First Aid certification.Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic conditions, disabilities, or dementia.As a Growing Company, We ProvideWeekly payFlexible schedulingReferral bonus programOngoing growth, training, and professional development opportunitiesOpportunities to apply for positions at other PurposeCare locationsA rewarding career making a difference in the lives of others and the communities we serveIf you are passionate about helping others and want to be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and purpose-driven care, we encourage you to apply today!Are you searching for a Purpose?
