Senior Resource Coordinator Korn Ferry Senior Resource Coordinator (SRC) joins a growing global Resource Management function to support the Firm’s consulting population across four solution areas: Assessment & Succession, Leadership Development, Strategy Execution, and Rewards & Benefits. The SRC will resource internal and external talent pools for client assignments and business development opportunities, ensuring optimal deployment of consultants. Key Responsibilities Understanding our business context and speaking knowledgeably about challenges and opportunities as a partner and asset to Korn Ferry. Project cycle: familiarity with delivery cycles, billable hours, time entry, and related metrics. Utilization: awareness of utilization metrics and how scheduling decisions affect KPIs. Talent: familiarity with colleagues, identifying trends in client resource shortages. Offerings: continuous learning about Korn Ferry’s solutions and client-focused delivery. Structure: continuous learning about the organizational matrix (solutions, markets, geos, lines of business, internal functions). Global: tailoring approach when working across regions, time zones, cultures, and work styles. Commerciality: developing and demonstrating strong commercial awareness when reporting to stakeholders on utilization, monitoring discrepancies, and highlighting concerns. Resourcing Drive optimal use of KFTalentFinder by appropriately distributing incoming demand and matching resource requests to talent pools. Proactively maintain accurate TF Booking Boards through regular communication with Resource Managers and consultants. Follow up on TF/Timesheet variances and recommend new ways of working to reduce variances. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of TF S&Q profiles through regular communication and updates. Expose new or unknown talents to engagement teams, advocating for their capability to succeed in new environments. Seek and provide feedback, maintaining an ongoing loop with consultants and people managers to enhance development opportunities. Adjust staffing approach to the needs and cultural norms of different countries. Ensuring Success Timing: respond within 24 hours of requests or redirect immediately. Communication: concise, business‑appropriate communication in both written and phone interactions. Learning: stay informed and educated about evolving business context. Training: identify and leverage appropriate Academy opportunities, watch relevant sessions, read solution white papers, attend town halls. Feedback: request feedback from RM colleagues, managers, consultants, and client teams; encourage continuous improvement. Development: seek development opportunities within the work environment and suggest potential team development initiatives. Ask: Escalate challenges, brainstorm alternatives, and request help as learning opportunities. Professional Experience / Qualifications 2+ years of logistics coordination, event planning, or staffing experience, particularly calendar management of multiple people in remote locations. High attention to detail. Ability to adapt and manage stress in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Ability to build and foster relationships with cross‑functional and remote teams at all organizational levels. Ability to influence without authority. Ability to act as a leader and motivate others. Creative problem‑solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access) and quick learning of new systems. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
