The Hospital Manager of Human Resources HR will report to senior hospital leadership and receive support from experienced human resources professionals, operational leaders, and department directors. Responsibilities will include employee relations, recruitment strategy, regulatory compliance, performance management, workforce planning, labor support, and staff engagement while collaborating with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, allied health professionals, administrators, and support staff.
