Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Drivers role. Drivers will operate vehicles to transport passengers safely and efficiently, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, adhering to DOT and company safety regulations, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. Drivers will communicate with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate routes, report issues, and ensure high-quality service. The role involves transporting passengers, caring for assigned vehicles, and representing the company professionally during all customer interactions. Qualifications Effective communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, coworkers, and customers. Customer service abilities, including professional conduct and responsiveness to client needs. Clean driving record and commitment to safety and compliance. Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Reliable work habits, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
