Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to consistent, high-quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Engage guests with genuine hospitality—attentive, professional, and personable
• Verify legal drinking age and serve responsibly, refusing service when appropriate
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and account for the till at close
• Manage inventory, track par levels, and communicate restocking needs promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to keep service seamless during peak hours
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain cleanliness as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume or upscale setting
• Solid knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer
• Valid alcohol-service certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanor
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
