Production Engineering Manager


Pay Range: $130,000 to $150,000 + Robust Benefits
Location: Fort Collins, CO

How you'll spend your time as a Production Engineering Manager:


Lead manufacturing quality initiatives across production and customer facing outcomes.
Coach and mentor the Production Engineering team to grow their skills.
Own and improve factory work centers, processes, and equipment capability.
Oversee equipment calibration and maintenance for reliability and accuracy.
Partner with Design Engineering to support fast, manufacturable design updates.
Lead the Change Request process to align engineering with product changes.
Develop CAPEX plans for facility upgrades and equipment purchases.
Represent Production Engineering in strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Production Engineering Manager:


Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
Prior experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and process improvement.
Experience working cross functionally with design, supply chain, and operations.
Familiarity with CAPEX planning and equipment or facility investment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
