RN - Home Health Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: OR & WA Licensure required Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Oasis experience required Description:Home Health RN position available in the East Portland and surrounding areas.The role requires a focus on providing care to adults and geriatric patients.Staff will visit up to 6 patients per day with a productivity standard of 30 points.The traveler is expected to have their own transportation due to the nature of home health visits.Drive time may vary, with a maximum radius of roughly 60 miles from the home base.Additionally, the facility has a requirement for the primary series COVID vaccination and one booster.Business casual attire is expected, with scrubs allowed but not required.Charting is done using an electronic system on a laptop and mobile application.The traveler is not required to float between units or facilities.Weekend coverage is not required for this position.The organization is unable to accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s shift configurations.Candidates must not have prior work experience within this specific organization.References from two professionals covering the last year of work experience are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
