Patriot Showers is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Greenville, SC! In this role, you'll be the friendly voice of our brand, helping customers navigate their shower remodeling journey from first call to final decision. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Educate prospective customers on Patriot Showers' products and remodeling services
• Schedule in-home consultations and appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting goals
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
• Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer applications
