If you’re passionate about making a difference in students’ lives, there are multiple contract opportunities for Special Education professionals available at various elementary schools near Scottsdale, AZ. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with positions spanning ASAP through the end of May 2027.

Openings include roles in self-contained classrooms across behavior, cross-category, and autism programs, as well as resource and preschool settings. Each assignment offers the chance to support diverse learners and collaborate with dedicated educational teams onsite.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification.
• Current IVP Fingerprint Card required.
• Experience with behavioral programs and CPI certification preferred for some positions.
• Early Childhood or Special Needs Preschool certification and/or relevant experience is advantageous for certain roles.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet various student needs and developmental levels.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction, support, and individualized education to students identified for special education services.
• Develop and implement IEPs collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional plans as needed.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration.
• Maintain accurate records per district and state guidelines.
