B.H. Inc., is looking to hire a full-time Site Quality Manager to oversee quality control and assurance on our data center construction projects. This project is in Turkey, Texas. The ideal candidate will work directly with our project management team. This position requires the Site Quality Manager be on the job site in Turkey, Texas full-time.The Site Quality Manager earns a competitive salary of $95,000-$130,000 or more (DOE) that is paid weekly. The Site Quality Manager will be eligible for Per Diem as they will be on site 100 percent of the time. To do this, you develop and enforce the project's quality control plan, conduct inspections, and verify that all electrical and mechanical work meets contractual specifications, codes, and industry standards. You identify and document non-conformances, drive corrective actions, and manage punch lists through closeout. Using your excellent customer service skills, you communicate with customers and project teams to resolve quality issues and evaluate alternative solutions. You plan, execute, and finalize quality processes according to contractual agreements and project schedules.Your leadership skills assist you in coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising subcontractors and field teams on quality standards.
