Production Designer Responsibilities Lead and execute high-quality visual design work across complex, high-volume projects, primarily focusing on presentation materials for executive audiences. Develop innovative visual concepts that adhere to established brand design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability. Translate creative strategies into practical production frameworks that enhance speed, accuracy, and visual impact. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support a wide range of creative outputs, including marketing campaigns, live experiences, and corporate communications. Establish best practices and quality benchmarks to improve design outputs and workflows consistently. Production Designer Qualifications 8+ years of experience in visual or production design within a creative agency, design studio, or large in-house brand team. Proven ability to manage high-volume, brand-driven production across various formats and channels. Strong expertise in building and maintaining design systems, templates, and modular frameworks. Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides; motion experience is a plus.
