Deposition/Appearance Attorney

We are looking for a California-licensed attorney to join a plaintiff-side consumer warranty practice in Los Angeles, California in a hybrid contract-to-permanent role. This opportunity is ideal for newly admitted attorneys as well as lawyers from other practice areas who want to build courtroom and litigation drafting experience in an active practice. The position offers hands-on exposure to motion work, pleadings, and case support while working in a fast-moving legal environment.Responsibilities:• Prepare motions, complaints, pleadings, and related litigation materials using firm resources and drafting tools.• Assist with plaintiff-side consumer warranty cases through various stages of litigation.• Support attorneys with briefing, document preparation, and day-to-day case activity.• Use legal software and other technology platforms to improve drafting accuracy and workflow efficiency.• Participate in deposition and court appearance coverage as assigned.• Contribute to discovery-related tasks, including drafting and organizing responses and requests.• Maintain organized case files and help track deadlines, filings, and litigation milestones.
