Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful senior living community in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance department, including supervising and scheduling maintenance staff

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs

• Develop and implement maintenance budgets, ensuring effective use of resources

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and new installations

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA and HIPAA

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident experience

• Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
