Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in General Production, Machine Operation, and Warehouse roles. These positions are crucial in maintaining the smooth and safe running of our operations. We offer 1st and 2nd shift opportunities, and while 3rd shift positions are limited, we encourage all interested applicants to apply.
Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production or warehouse tasks.
• Operate basic equipment or machines with training provided.
• Load, unload, move, or organize materials and products.
• Inspect parts or products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
