Medical Assembler

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices (catheters)
• Follow step-by-step instructions carefully
• Use microscopes and small tools (tweezers, cutters, pliers)
• Perform detailed work with multiple assembly steps
• Inspect products to ensure high quality
• Work in a clean room environment (follow safety and gowning rules)
• Support team and meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• 6 months 1 year of assembly experience (medical preferred)
• Experience using microscopes and small hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand skills
• Comfortable with repetitive work
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Willing to learn and cross-train

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
