Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Med-Surg department. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring safety and comfort for patients during their hospital stay.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in their status.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech EHR.Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2 years in a Med-Surg setting.Certifications: Current BLS certification is required.Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program.Skills: Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work within a team environment.Flexibility: Willing to float as necessary and work rotating weekends.Dress CodeScrub color: Royal blue.
