You’ll document each store’s HVAC, building automation (BAS), and electrical equipment using the CompanyCam mobile app. The surveys are photo-driven, and each one must be complete in a single visit.

Responsibilities

• Complete every item on the CompanyCam survey checklist before leaving the site
• Verify and photograph BAS controllers and panels (inside and outside), zone sensors, thermostats, and control boards
• Photograph all RTUs, fire alarm panels and connections, and heaters
• Verify and document voltage and roof curb conditions
• Photograph electrical rooms, offices, fitting rooms, RTU zones, and roof areas
• Mark up floor plans with RTU, sensor, electrical panel, BAS, IT equipment, and roof access locations, plus north direction
• Note any field conditions that differ from the provided drawings
• Document deficiencies found onsite
• Record the store manager’s name and store hours
• Tag and upload all photos correctly for Remote Support review

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC, BAS/controls, or electrical field experience
• Able to identify RTUs, BAS controllers, sensors, and electrical panels
• Comfortable reading floor plans and using a multimeter
• Able to climb ladders and work on rooftops
• Smartphone or tablet and comfort with mobile apps (CompanyCam experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, since incomplete surveys mean return trips
