Since 1923, Nitterhouse Masonry Products has been manufacturing quality concrete products for our customers and communities. We produce concrete block, brick, pavers, and retaining wall products with a team that takes pride in craftsmanship, reliability, and continuous improvement.We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work closely with our Plant Manager and production team to improve processes, support daily operations, and help drive the next generation of manufacturing excellence. This is a unique opportunity for an engineer-minded individual who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and working directly with people on the production floor.The successful candidate will spend time understanding our processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting quality initiatives, and helping our operation become more efficient and consistent.This is a full-time, on-site position at our production facility in Chambersburg, PA. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to work on-site daily.
