We are seeking dependable, hardworking Production Associates to join our growing manufacturing team. You will support daily operations on the production line, ensuring that equipment runs smoothly, products meet high-quality standards, and daily production goals are met. This is a hands-on, entry-level manufacturing opportunity with opportunities for on-the-job training and skill development.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Machinery Operation: Safely operate, tend, and monitor production line equipment and hand tools according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assembly: Assemble parts, components, or structural pieces accurately and efficiently.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine visual and dimensional inspections of products to identify defects or discrepancies before packaging.
• Packaging and Staging: Box, label, and prepare finished goods for shipping and transfer materials to designated areas.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace, strictly following all company guidelines, OSHA standards, and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Team Collaboration: Communicate and work closely with team members and supervisors to hit daily output targets and minimize downtime.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a construction, manufacturing, or assembly environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right entry-level candidate.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods throughout the shift.
• Lifting Requirement: Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic problem-solving abilities, and reliability with attendance.
