The QMHP provides clinical and supervisory oversight of mental health services within the SMHRF. Responsibilities include supervising direct-care staff, monitoring resident treatment and progress, coordinating individualized service plans, facilitating treatment team meetings, providing clinical guidance and support to staff, reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance, and responding to behavioral or mental health concerns. The QMHP collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care, promote resident recovery and independence, and maintain compliance with clinical and facility standards.

This position requires on-call duties. May also require evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on facility staffing needs.

Master's degree in a human service field (ex. social work, counseling, etc.) required with Illinois clinical licensure preferred.
