Behavior Technician (BT)

Woven Care Pediatric Services

We are proud to be the leading provider of pediatric services in Colorado and are honored to have been serving families up and down the front range since 2005. We're looking for team members who are deeply committed to helping children thrive. This is an opportunity to work with a remarkable multidisciplinary team, to design a flexible schedule that works best for your life, and to be supported in your personal and professional growth.

Why Woven? We're one team with one purpose: to build the best children's healthcare organization in the United States so every child can access the care they deserve. To do this, we have to build an organization by clinicians and for clinicians. To drive the best outcomes for our patients, we've created an environment where all of us can bring our fullest and most nourished selves to the work we do every day. For us, that means our guiding principles have to be:

• Patient-First: Everything we do starts and ends with driving the best clinical outcomes for our patients.
• Radical Flexibility and Balance: Design a schedule that works for you and your life. We offer four-day or five-day work weeks, part-time, flexing days, and more. We want you to build the schedule that works for you. You can also choose between salaried and pay-per-visit. We believe you must have balance to be your best self.
• Deep Support and Collaboration: Our multidisciplinary approach is core to who we are. Deep support, collaboration, and humility make us who we are.
• Learning, Development, and Growth: It is absolutely critical to invest in our teams by providing continuous opportunities for personal and professional growth so we can drive the best outcomes for our patients.
• Connection and Joy: 97% of our team reports having a best friend at Woven; you'll have to see it to believe it, but we are an incredibly joyful and fun team that doesn't take ourselves too seriously.

If you are a dedicated and passionate clinician who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and families, we would love to hear from you. Contact our Hiring Manager, Joe Ancona, at View phone number on click.appcast.io, or View email address on click.appcast.io.
