As an Assistant Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond, you will support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance, ensuring all areas of the store are aligned with key objectives and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities encompass all facets of store operations, including scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, financial reporting, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team members to achieve business goals Partner with the Store Manager to manage expense budgets, payroll, and adherence to procedures Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships by cultivating and maintaining relationships with local healthcare providers and meeting outreach expectations Create an exceptional customer experience with a strong presence on the sales floor and model optimal selling behaviors Assist the Store Manager in fostering continuous learning and development for all team members by providing regular feedback and leading performance management efforts equitably Act as the leader in the building and assume management responsibilities when the Store Manager is not available, including coaching and training team members Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards Essential Qualifications In-depth retail expertise At least 2–4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets Ability to quickly understand and address business information such as budgets, sales forecasts, and retail strategy Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Full-time 32–40 hours weekly Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities) Entrepreneurial spirit excited by the evolving retail landscape Ability to cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued Strong training, sales, and operations skills for a well-rounded approach to store management Creates and maintains a cohesive work environment that inspires engagement Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring a team, leading by example Strong networking skills to generate leads and grow the business Exceptional time management and prioritization ability Physical Demands Constantly standing and walking Constantly reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping Frequently stooping, kneeling, and crouching Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds Occasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools Benefits Free scrubs to keep you looking and feeling your best Monthly bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits available to all employees Development and career advancement in a growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr kindthread
