Senior Accountant

$110K to $125K + Bonus A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Corporate Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their experience in financial reporting, internal controls, month-end close, and corporate accounting within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Own and support month-end close activities Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Support financial reporting and analysis Assist with SOX compliance and internal controls Partner with Finance and Operations teams on accounting initiatives Support audit activities and process improvements Participate in systems and process enhancement projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or active progress toward CPA preferred 6+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Public accounting and/or government contracting experience highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing Services
