Responsibilities:

• Be the hero our residents deserve by responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring that all repairs and tasks are completed with efficiency and care.

• Perform a variety of maintenance duties, including but not limited to plumbing repairs, light carpentry work, painting, and groundskeeping.

• Keep our community sparkling clean and inviting by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and resident rooms.

• Interact warmly and respectfully with residents, families, and staff, providing exceptional service and assistance with a smile.

• Assist with moving furniture, setting up for events and activities, and other physical tasks that require strength and agility.

• Collaborate closely with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure that resident needs are met and that our community operates smoothly.

Requirements

• A positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing outstanding service with compassion and empathy.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

• Previous experience in maintenance or handy work

• Physical stamina and the ability to be active and on your feet throughout the day, performing a variety of tasks that require strength, dexterity, and flexibility.
