Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate in a state of the art Foundry! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation of melting and casting equipment.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Document production data and report any discrepancies.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Comfortable wearing FULL RESPIRATORY SAFETY

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
