Morning Breakfast Attendant

If you are a wake-up-early and get-things-going type of person, we want you!! We're looking for a PT/FT(approx 30-40 hrs. a week) breakfast attendant with excellent people skills who is motivated and attentive to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience. You will be setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet each morning while ensuring that hot items are cooked and ready, as well as fresh fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well-stocked. Cleaning the breakfast area after breakfast is closed is required, so a happy cleaner is necessary as well. Looking for someone to take pride in the food and the cleanliness of the breakfast area. You will help with ordering and eventually complete the weekly ordering of supplies as well as food needs based on occupancy. Additional responsibilities include refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed, removing used dishes, and cleaning tables. Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision are available depending on hours worked Paid Time Off based on length of service and average hours worked 7 Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (All Team Members are eligible for holiday benefits) 401(k) program available after 1 year of employment Go Hilton (Team Member Travel Discount) Responsibilities: • Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours • Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner • Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Experience working in food service is preferred • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service Must have or be willing to get a WA state food handler certificate Compensation: $17.50 - $18 hourly
