The PM functions as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. Areas of interest include Oracle Policy Modeling, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), OPA Web Determinations engines, and client-side training.The Program Manager will be expected to lead a team of analysts and developers producing Oracle Policy Automation Rule Bases for a governmental client in charge of Licencing and Permitting processes. Join us in our innovative IT Practice.NO RESUMES ACCEPTED AFTER 5:00 PM EST ON 11.30.2012QualificationsRequired Skills:3+ years of professional experience which should include either management consulting experience or relevant industry knowledge.Experience as a team leader in a full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment (including design and development)Understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycleProduction Experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technical leadProduction deployment experience using the OPA Web Determinations engine in a US.gov website projectDemonstrated ability in managing client-side training processes on OPA production rule basesBachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferredExperience leading teams of analysts and developersKnowledge and understanding of Licensing and Permitting processesA willingness to travel to client locationsExperience Level:3+ years of experience in consulting and project management1+ years in full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deploymentMust be able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environmentMust be able to work independentlyOther Skills:- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Relationship management skills (influence, negotiation, consulting, etc.).- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Strong Leadership & Project Management skills- Ability to manage competing priorities on an ongoing basis- Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflict.- Must be able to effectively communicate problem status to senior management- Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverablesThe successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to lead in a team environment.
