Role Overview
As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our Nashua location, ensuring spectacular service for every guest. You will move beyond basic supervision to understand the business behind the restaurant. Your leadership will maintain a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere where both staff and customers feel valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff on all station procedures and company policies.

- Utilize sales activity reporting and administrative oversight to drive revenue and achieve solid financial results.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-casual, or quick-serve restaurant environment.
