We’re hiring a Guest Service Associate to help welcome guests and run our Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor. What You’ll Do

- Welcome and check in guests with warmth, efficiency, and genuine attention to detail
- Manage reservations, guest accounts, and property management system accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with follow-through
- Build real knowledge of the hotel, its restaurant and bars, and the surrounding neighborhood
- Support Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to keep the guest experience seamless
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant customer service or hospitality experience
- Boutique, lifestyle, or independent hotel experience a plus
- Strong communication skills and composure under pressure
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
