About the Facility Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover specializes in providing a home‑like environment with professional nursing and therapy services for long‑term care and rehabilitation. Position Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift Charge Nurse Pay: $24.50–$30.40 per hour (based on experience) Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Night shift differentials apply. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ condition. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Provide calm reassurance and emotional support overnight. Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations. Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environment. Follow infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care. Ability to work independently while supporting a team. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Compassionate, resident‑first approach to care. BLS/CPR certification required.
