Utilize critical thinking skills to develop and monitor care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with policies and regulations. Participate in quality improvement and educational initiatives. Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with facility employees. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient care needs is essential.
